Dundurn Police Horse Stables feasibility study
Client: City of Hamilton

To complete the Dundurn Police Horse Stables Feasibility Study, we worked with the Hamilton Police Service Mounted Patrol Unit and various City of Hamilton representatives to determine core programming requirements for this specialized facility. In developing the program it became clear that the facility would be made up of four very different categories of building, each of which will have both cost and site implications: Conditioned Interior Space, Unconditioned Interior Space, Exterior Covered and Exterior. The results of this study assisted Hamilton Police to establish a project budget and selection criteria for potential future sites.
